Red Hill, also called Manker Lookout, was at this location on Alta Cuesta Drive. It was built in 1937 and closed in the 1960's. The building and property were privately purchased in 1975. The tower was modified into a comfortable home. A photo of the original structure is at the National Historic Lookout Register site #1381. Photo May, 2023.
